We are delighted to announce that the 22nd Summer Institute on Bounded Rationality will once again take place from June 17 to 25, 2025, at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany.<\/p>\n

The Summer Institute brings together talented early-career researchers and renowned scientists from around the globe and aims to spark a dialogue about decision making under the real-world constraints of limited time, information, and computational power. The Summer Institute offers a forum for early-career scholars from various disciplines to share their approaches, discuss their research, and develop new ideas.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Summer Institute will approach the topic of \u201cDecision Making in a Digital World\u201d and explore it through the lens of bounded rationality and interdisciplinary research on human decision making. The program will further cover the fundamentals, methodology, and recent findings on bounded rationality.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the directors of the Summer Institute, Gerd Gigerenzer and Ralph Hertwig, we invite early-career scholars of decision making from all disciplines to apply.<\/p>\n

Applications are open until March 9, 2025.<\/p>\n
