As Ward Ed-<br \/>\nwards  put  it:  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The  atmosphere  is  informal,  the  discussion  can  get  intense,  and  many  of the best debates take place during coffee breaks or in the hospitality suite at the end of the day.
