Wharton<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> The OPIM Department at the Wharton School is home to faculty with a diverse set of interests in decision-making, information technology, information strategy, operations management, and operations research.  We are seeking applications for tenure-track positions starting in the 2008-2009 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants must have the potential for excellence in research and teaching in the OPIM Department\u2019s areas of concern.  Rank is open. Brown<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> SENIOR POSITIONS IN SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY AND HUMAN MEMORY\/ATTENTION<br \/>\nDepartment of Psychology, Brown University<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Psychology at Brown University anticipates making<br \/>\nseveral new hires over the next three years to develop areas of<br \/>\nstrength in Social Psychology and Human Memory\/Attention.  As the<br \/>\nfirst step in this effort, the Department is currently seeking Senior<br \/>\nLevel (Associate or Full Professor) applicants for positions in each<br \/>\nof these areas.<\/p>\n<p>For the social psychology position, we are particularly interested in<br \/>\napplicants whose research interests focus on social cognition and<br \/>\nwhose work makes contact with one or more of the following areas:<br \/>\njudgment and decision making, evolutionary psychology and ecological<br \/>\nbases for social reasoning, game theory and strategic interaction.<br \/>\nApplications should be submitted to Prof. Joachim Krueger, Chair of<br \/>\nthe Social Psychology Search Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The research focus for the human memory\/attention position is open,<br \/>\nand applicants utilizing purely behavioral, computational, or<br \/>\ncognitive neuroscience (e.g., EEG, fMRI) approaches will all be<br \/>\nconsidered.  Applications should be submitted to Prof. William<br \/>\nHeindel, Chair of the Human Memory\/Attention Search Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Brown has a highly interactive research environment in the behavioral<br \/>\nand brain sciences, including the Department of Cognitive &amp;<br \/>\nLinguistic Sciences, the multidisciplinary Brain Science Program, and<br \/>\nthe new neuroimaging facility.  We expect successful candidates for<br \/>\nboth positions to have proven records of (1) excellence in research,<br \/>\n(2) the ability to obtain research funding, and (3) contributions to<br \/>\nundergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring.
