w2l calling script now uses -config ../jdm.xml option and w2l.sed

For emf, paste to OO draw, export pdf, read into xpdf, print to (e.g.) 
figx.eps, and add bbox with bbox script.

for png -> eps, print to file from Firefox!  (maybe jpg too)

or use pdflatex with png, jpg, etc., after converting eps to pdf with
epstopdf

wvCleanLatex can extract images
antiword -w 0 for tables
or try csv2latex

for multiple author affiliations use $^1$ after author's name
list $^1$ (with space) as an author
use \,\,$^1$,\, after thanks{}

use \arraystretch{1.3} in preamble

use \setlength{\itemsep}{-.5ex} for enumerate and itemize

for multi-line equations try \[ \] for all but last line
